What Will You Do?

We are now looking for employees who want to work with gardening, cleaning, and minor landscaping tasks on the residential grounds of our customers during the 2026 season.

The tasks will mainly consist of weeding, pruning, lawn mowing, and hedge trimming. Planting of both outdoor plants and perennials, trees, and shrubs will occur. Cleaning work may also be included. Customer contact is an important part of the daily work as we constantly meet our customers out in the yards.

The work as a seasonal employee is varied and social. You will meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You will work in a team, planning your days together and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you keep track of your email, manage time reporting, and similar tasks.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and engaged. You enjoy planning your own time, are flexible, and solution-oriented. Since you will be working in a team, it is very important that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your contact with the residents of the housing cooperatives.

You are practically oriented and enjoy being active. Education and previous work in gardening or cleaning are advantageous but not required; the most important thing is that we find the right person. As we work with machines and battery-powered gardening tools, it is beneficial if you have some experience with machinery. Please also indicate in your application if you have, for example, fall protection training, chainsaw certification, hot work training, brush cutter training, or professional certificates in pruning or similar.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.
